Guinness Extra Stout

I have this beer a while ago in a bar in Chinatown in New York. It was really cold and i was a little bit shock when i taste it, then i buy a six pack and bring it home so i can review it.This was a while ago but i find my writings and i decide to put then in here.

Guinness Extra stout style is Irish Dry Stout beer, Is made by Guinness LTD. in Ireland, but mine was brew in Canada. It didn’t have any freshness date on the bottle.

I have this beer right from the bottle (you can have it a mug or a pint glass) and it was really cold.This beer have a nice dark color with a brown almost golden head ,it looks like melted chocolate. Very nice taste, like a hard coffee.The mouthfeel is a little bit different but i really like it.

This beer would be great with BBQ.

Sapporo Beer

This beer is a Japanese Rice Lager (this one is the most common rice lager i think) made by Sapporo breweries LTD.  in “Japan”(read below).
I buy this beer and,does not have any date on the bottle and other thing that i found interesting is that the bottle says “japan’s oldest brand” but the one that i have was brew in Canada.. I put the beer on a mug. It have a gold color with a white head that leaves inmediatlyThe smell is nothing to be impress about.Good taste ,i taste like honey just i little bit but is there. This beer would be good will fish. I would drink this beer again.

Playa Buye ( Buye Beach) Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico

Those are some pictures i take a while ago in a beach in Puerto Rico, this beach is really cool just a few people and very clean.

Miller Genuine Draft

This beer is a lager beer made by Miller Brewing company in Milwauke, Wisconsin it comes in a clear bottle and have been made for over a hundred years.

I not a big fan of Macro lagers(lagers make by a big company) and not a big fan of MGD i just buy one so i can review …it does’nt smell good at all…not a good taste…and not even a good appearence …. for me this is a bad beer not good at all if you want to buy a Macro lager this one is not the one

Dos Equis Amber ( Dos XX Amber)

This Dos XX is a Vienna Lager beer style made by Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma in Mexico.

I have this beer only twice, is a nice beer ..but for one or two not more…it have a very nice dark color ,have a little hard taste but i like it…i would drink it again… This is not a beer for hot weather…I buy it from a gas station for $1.61 including tax so is cheap and you can find it almost anywhere

Michelob Ultra Amber

This is a light lager make by Anheuser-Busch , is a beer that you can find almost anywhere

I have seen Light beers with better appearence i mean with a darker color…smell is’nt something to be crazy about…it taste different from the regular Michelob ultra it have a little bit of sweetnes in the flavor ,like a far honey flavor good for a hot sunday.

Heineken Lager Beer

If i see a beer in a green bottle is very rare that i like it. This is not a big brew. Is a comercial brand that have a lot of marketing and people like it by that. This beer is Euro Pale Lager from Netherlands as you know and is make by Heineken Brewery.

It have a good taste,nothing to be impress about,is good if you want to have more than one. The appearance is a light yellow ,is smell like regular beer. the beer comes in bottles,can and keg cans that are cans thats looks like Kegs.

Is a good beer to enjoy but Respect th 5% of alcohol…..

Pete’s Wicked Ale

This is another beer I bring from Virginia,but is original from Texas,USA.Is made by Pete’s brewing company. This beer is English Brown Ale and it have 5.50% of alcohol.

<> Appearance is a light brown with a little head, it looks like caramell and It smell a little bit like caramel too.It have a good taste, nothing to be impressed about. It feels it the mouth like when you eat too much sugar. Is a good beer to try one but not for having more than one. I think it would be great with some spicy food or some barbecue meat.

Puerto Rico lose 111-100 in their first game of the World Championship to team USA.Carlos Arroyo scored 21 points to be the best by Puerto Rico and Elias “Larry” Ayuso scored 14.By USA Carmelo Anthony scored 23 to be the best. Julio Toro (Puerto Rican Coach) said to AP “have to keep growing and getting better in their man-to-man matchups, the matchup zones, closing lanes.”. USA team was to fast for Puerto Rico that have heavy and slow players in the paint.They should try to get a little bit faster and they will increase their game a lot.Puerto Rico wil be playing Senegal tomorrow and USA will be playing with China.
